The game does not collect personal data
The current game runs offline and does not transmit personal data, gameplay records or device information to Justin Howard. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics services.
What stays on your device
Campaign progress and settings are saved locally. Battle summaries are enabled by default; detailed round-by-round traces are off by default and require your choice to enable them. These records remain on your device. You can manage recording choices and read, export or delete battle records through the Data screen.
Turning off detailed traces stops new traces from being saved; it does not delete existing traces. Delete existing records separately using the Data screen. Device backups and any copies you export are controlled by you and your device or backup provider.
Information you choose to share
Exporting a record creates a file for you to handle. Exporting does not automatically send it to the developer. If you email a record, screenshot, feedback or support request, Justin Howard receives your email address, the contents of your message and the attachments you choose to include.
This information is used to answer you, investigate problems and improve the game. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Email providers process communications to deliver and store them. Information is not sold or used for advertising. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting jhowardlehi@gmail.com, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Apple and other distribution services
App stores, TestFlight and operating-system services may process information under their own policies, including information you choose to share with them. This policy describes the game and this website; it does not replace the policies of those services.
Children’s privacy
The game is not specifically directed to children. The game does not collect personal information from any player. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, please contact Justin Howard to request deletion.
